All affected followers temporarily have a +1 higher Morale. If the difference in Level is 3 or higher, the bonus increases to +2.
The effect is active whenever you are actively leading (verbal is enough), and your follower is in reach, understands, and follows willingly.
Reach in combat is a radius of Level
hexes.
If neither you nor your follower are in combat, it extends to "shouting distance"
or a comparable form of communication.
You cannot lead while you're Dazed, Panicked, or Berserk. Leadership from multiple leaders doesn't stack. The highest bonus counts.
